Cheat meal tonight. Sis is taking me out for Thai. She promised me Thai after my show but I had to go jetting off around the world first. Convienently, this is right before the next contest prep.

We are the same, we had our cheat last night and now it is back on diet. Coach said we can eat till we sleep. We left cheesecake factory at 2am and had a 3hr drive home.... so we continued our cheat with cheesecake and burgers lol. And what do you know, J and I both look leaner today:dunno:. ... I love spring rolls, J's mom makes them all the time. Not on the current diet but I chow down on them off season.
Great training. I like the incline HS. Abs are something I have had to force myself to do, J actually forced me and it took a month of 3days poer week abs but I now actually enjoy it cause I am alot stronger and can knockout alot more. Keep on the abs GM! You will be glad you did when yo ulean out and reveal them.
That is pretty heavy on the calf raise. If it is crushing the spine, I'd say that is heavy enough.
I don't go super heavy on calves. I use a lower weight with higher, slower, longer reps.
with a good squeeze at the top. So it makes you pull wierd faces right. I like to do calves in the 15+rep range
