You really need to know the limits. You can easily reach a point when you hurt your whole body without realizing. I read a lot of articles about people who got obsessed with bodybuilding and took so many unhealthy supplements that just added more muscles instantly. This is such an unhealthy way of training and I wish more people realized that. Personally, I work out every day of the week, but I do it moderately only for 45 min.
