slow and steady cardio works best and hunger is a good sign, it means fat cells are being mobilized:)

I won't say keto is my favourite way to live becasue I do love carbs

3 sets of 8-12 except for calves which were 3 sets of 15
So higher reps lighter weight.

Lying Leg Curls (which are getting sooo much better, really pushing my hammies)
Calf Raises Standing 155lbs
Seated Calf Raises 70lbs (I do my calf raises barefoot, I feel it works better for me. Plus I don't tie my shoes and it drives my husband crazy to watch my feet flop in my shoes)
Deep Squats 120lbs
Hanging leg raises

One armed dumbell rows- 65lbs 6 sets of 4
Shrugs- 70lbs 4 sets of 6
Abs- hanging leg raises and roman chair
Facepulls- 6 sets (4 high-2 low)
Did everything yesterday. And since yesterday was a carb load day I will do a good full body workout today. Then its off to get a new tattoo becuase ink is bitchin
