Dave I hate this show so much I would rather have Stevie B give me tourniquet training around the neck. On Keto I have noticed that I recently went deeper into keto three hours after a cheat meal (burger and fries). I am on a long haul to good shape 23 percent bodyfat at 280 (down from 300) and 30 years since my last show, 54 years of age on doctor prescribed HRT of 325 test every other week. Should I try a small post workout carb up mid week. Also do you know anyone who succeeded with bodyopus style dieting? Thanks to you and your friends I feel less lost now on my journey.
