Squat: 165 x 12
Dead: 205 x 6...block pull with plates 4" from floor 215 x 2
Bench (using DBs): 60s x 8
Bench 435 raw
Squat 595 raw off low box
Dead 605 groove briefs just to hold abdomen tight post hernia surgery.

I have no clue because I am bodybuilding guy but I did squat 405 for 13 the other day after a whole leg session. Not bad for 214lb bodyweight. Some of you PL guys are much much stronger though!

At a BW of 49.45 kg (109 lbs)...

DL 102.5 kg (226 lbs)
Training pr at 145 lbs:

Just recovered from a torn back so my body isn't ready to test my maxes yet and i bulked to 195 since my last max out day.

Now that my gym has moved to the new building with even more strong toys, there’s really no way those numbers won’t go up. Unless I decide to suddenly become a wimp. Yeah, no. LOL
