I like it, just checking to see if anyone else does. I can get carried away with it and end up overdoing it till my shins hurt. I find it effective for fat loss

Yes but not as much anymore, I preffer core work done as conditioning drills. Some of my clients do it on their own and every now and then i'll bust it out as well for warmups.
