Forgot to mention that if you like eggs there are also these "special" omega-3 enriched eggs to go for.
Oh, and from oil products, canola oil is a great option.

Hey Dave from Newcastle uk.hate the show more than big Lenny hates tan tens without a ten. Do you think it’s better to lean out before adding size to get that old school bodybuilding look or would you say it’s better to add the mass first and then worry about the tight waist? Thanks

Again I'm not Dave but I'll give you my two cents.
Although this is highly individual question I'd say unless you are very fat (way over 15% bf) just focus on slowly putting on quality size and worry about the abs and other stuff later.
Is it important for a women to give blood after menopause? And if so how often?
Dear Dave: I hate this show more than I hate the guy using the cables to practice his golf swing. Question: Have you read the novel "Body" by Harry Crews, and if so, what did you think of it?
Flex seeds are not, even been said by Dave.
Hi Dave, I am also a fellow Boston guy and a huge fan of both you and Chris Aceto. We both have a bunch of mutual friends as well. So my question is based on my unique circumstances....I am a 51 year old, left leg above knee amputee and 5'6" approx 200lbs. I have been an avid weightlifter and fan of anabolics and hgh for the better part of the last 25 years, as well as a life long heavy body. But as we all do at this age, i am starting to have a ton of joint pains etc and haven't been on any drug for a few months. I want to get back on and stay on with a consistent program but not sure what to do anymore.......i know you say to only use a test and approx 250-500mg per week for it to be the most effective. But should i take anything else with it like HGH, anavar etc to help me get down in weight and stay a lean and solid 180-190lb area? I definitely need to lose weight to take pressure off my prosthetic and i definitely need a training program as well that will not damage my joints any more too. Sorry i know this is more like 5 questions but im hoping you can give me the direction i need for the next 20 years to training safe and injury free.
Thank you brother!!
In a recent interview with Big Sean Allen he briefly mentioned over cooking food. Could you expand on that. Is microwaving food bad?
Dave what are your thoughts on the whole "Celery Juice" thing all over the internet for the past few months? They say to drink 16oz of fresh made celery juice first thing every morning and it can do wonders for your body.
dave i hate this show more than the price of gh

Dave, I started taking Tren E 200mg/ml a little over weeks ago. I do daily injections as I've always preferred this way and mix this compound with Test 200mg/ml in the same syringe. About 10-11 days in I injected in my left shoulder, the next day I had PIP and redness. The next day I injected in my right shoulder and same, also a few days later with itching. I tried my right quad, same thing. Back to my left, same thing. At this point I have 3 sites that are red, swelling, and somewhat itchy. What's going on? Do I have a bad batch? If so, how come it took almost two weeks for this to happen? Am I injecting to fast or bad technique? I've had some PIP before with just TRT does of test but not like this. The swelling seems to subside after a couple of days and at this point I'm going to stop. Also, when should I be concerned that this could be an infection?
