I've trimmed off just over 13 lbs. from November 27th to December 26th. Eric Bassett is advising me (and noting how much I'm [I]slaaaaaaacking[/I]). lol
Down from 199 lbs. to 185 lbs. and some fractions of pounds on both numbers. Satisfied with progress but I know I can push harder.
