hey guys - any of you do this? i just got it done a week ago and it looks aweful! Im all bruised and swollen, have a real "paunch" belly and a totally flat navel! No innie, no outie. Abs/core have been weak for last year because of this, but now I feel like jelly belly.
Anyone been through this? Only 8 days so i am being super careful in the gym. did calves and biceps - that's about it. i hope it works out....
