1st Actual log in journal
Hey all!
I haven't actually posted anything regarding my fitness log so I decided to start now! It's been over a month (a month and a half) since I last posted about my progress here - I blame my hectic school schedule (and a little of my inherent laziness) over that.
I weighed 130 lbs after my 5 month journey to shed as much weight as humanly possible without screwing myself up, dropping an almost whopping FORTY pounds!!! I'm still amazed at my hard work and determination to not call it quits.
So...
Back in June I was 5'5", 130 lbs:

I had quite a bit of what I call "bleh" flab on the tummy and butt areas, so I definitely worked on what I did not like seeing.
So for the past month and a half, I continued my split routine like this:
Monday: Chest and back combos with abs finishers
Tuesday: cardio - running longer distance
Wednesday: Lower body with abs finishers
Thursday: cardio - swimming OR sprint workouts
Friday: full body workout
Saturday and Sunday: Rest!!!
A lot of these workouts I just did at home (love love LOVE resistance bands!!!), like what you see here:

I'm so pleased!!!!
If you have any comments or critiques about my routine please let me know!! I'd love to hear from more seasoned pros as I try to get back in fighting shape for football season.
