Totally new, to everything.
Hello, I'm new here (obviously [emoji14]) I've recently became active in the gym and am looking for advice on the best way to train/lose weight/build muscle/ improve diet!!! Also looking for advice on what's a good pre workout? There are so many options! I'm looking for something on the cheaper (yet effective) side, as I'm new To this and don't want to put a ton of money into something until I convince myself further I really am capable of achieving my goals!!!
