Dynamic warmup
Flat DB press ss inverted rows (4 rounds):
25s x 10 ss 10, rest 60 sec, repeat
Bench press:
(each rep 1-sec pause at top, 1-sec pause at bottom, press to lockout, 1-sec pause and reset shoulders at top, repeat, then 1-sec hold at lockout before rack)

Incline DB press ss chest supported DB row (4 rounds):
30s x 10 ss 30s x 10, rest 90 sec, repeat
Seated DB tricep overhead ext ss wide grip lat pulldown (4 rounds):
35 x 10 ss 70 x 10, rest 90 sec, repeat
Slingshot pushups ss face pulls (4 rounds):
BW x 25 ss 50 x 25, rest 90 sec, repeat
less than 2 weeks out from my training camp YEAH!!
