Day 61- man! I'm hurting so bad right now! I switched it and did a higher rep leg routine last night- I cannot believe how sore i am already! Did squats, presses, hacks, and a bunch of iso movements it was brutal. Highlight was-
Squats-
225x12,225x15,225x11- all down slow controlled and for real atg- all the way in the hole.
I'm seriously blown away how bad my legs hurt- it's ridiculous!
