Well theres different types of whey protein... Maybe he was referring to whey concentrate compared to whey isolate. I wouldnt say whey concentrate isnt a complete waste of money, but definatly doesnt compare to whey isolate.. So any whey isolate should do just fine for you, isolyze is a good choice, i also like using nectar.
I don't agree.
I often wonder if they make this shit up as they go along or if they make it up first.

If you don't agree, then you should debate him. I mean after all, he's basically saying your Isolyze is 83% shit.
Most likely, another bullshit research study.
There is maybe somewhere another study that states 17 % Toilet, 83 % Benefit,
or there's even one in the making right this moment...who knows ? I asked an obsolete question in the first place. I feel like somebody whose watching a movie with his spouse explaining the technical details of every scene to her...
There's something like soul-food and positive memories. And a Whey-Shake after a workout is a positive memory. Biofeedback.
...And besides, a Whey-Shake tastes better than every Milk-Shake you can get in an Ice-Cafe, so....who cares about the Toilet-Rate of Protein-Powder ?

Direct and to the point lol
Well, seems the ALRI-Product is hitting the market and everything else the plumbing...
