Yea I need bigger legs all together, they have been my focus for the past year and a half, their just a weak body part for me. And I agree with the back thickness comment also. I'm 24 so most of that thickness is just gonna take more time. Hopefully in a few years I'll have a national level physique.
Back is WIDE, legs look good. Good Luck with prep!

Thanks bro
GOOD starting point conditioning wise if u hit it hard ull be peeled
Good job bro. good to see you stayed lean through your off-season.
Think you look very good at 15 weeks out...theres always stuff to improve on...but its all about getting conditioned now...and your well on your way...should do very well....
I started my diet at 20 weeks out. I like long slow diets so I can keep as much muscle as possible.
Looking good for 15 weeks!

Looking very good. I agree with you about dieting.

We'll see man... Like I always say, you never know who's gonna show up. As long as I look my all time best I'll be happy
looking great! how's your diet as far as carb/fat/protein amounts?
looking great! how's your diet as far as carb/fat/protein amounts?
200 carbs... 380ish protein... <40 fat
Fat varies depending on what meats I eat on that day but pretty much always under 40
great work way to not sacrifice you waistline by trying to get big too fast
Bodybuilding is a marathon not a sprint! Sure I want to be huge NOW but I know it just takes time. The more years I put in work the better i'll be
Nice work man. Good luck on your prep
Lookin good beast! Love the suit, as a woman I can comment on suits! Keep workin those wheels and best wishes on bringing in you best condition!

Those numbers seem a little off for me if your 15 weeks out? 380 grams of protein is not necessary especially if your on anabolics. If your carbs were more around 300 an you dropped your protein to 280 I think you would be a lot fuller and have better performance in the gym while being at the same calories. If keeping muscle is your goal than keeping your performance in the gym up is a priority. Just my .02 cents.
As far as your physique goes, you have a good structure. Legs could come up and back could get thicker. I have the same problem with my back as you do. It's very wide and therefore takes a long time to fill out. Good luck with prep.
