Bwhahahah wtf. . . .
OMG.............GM, that is EXACTLY how I feel!!! hahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!
Those extra ten pounds from off season is totally my belly buttons fault!!! ;)
How do you know when a diet is working for you? Do you just feel a difference? Better off overall well being?
I am not talking about when when trying to lose weight...then you look at a scale or bf test, but rather in the offseason......
thoughts?
when its working i feel 'right', if that's the best word i dont know. What i do know is that my my strength is good, my joints don't hurt and i have a restful sleep at night and very little stomach issues hence my stomach doesn't feel like its loaded with a sack of potatoes.
hilarious

That's a very funny video. But i think it's healthier, physically and emotionally, to eat a leg of lamb than to starve with a snippet of a noodle and three peas.
I have this comerrcial in my PC few years but never saw the second version with noodles :)

I do not see it and feel it... but I do my pictures each three weeks when starting, each other week somewhere in the middle and each week same day of the diet cycle shortly precontest - and I compare them. Also I measure arm (where I have the smallest amount of bf ) and butt (where my "storage" is located) and if the arm measurement is the same, but butt is smaller - than I know I am loosing fat and not muscles. When the opposite happen (as this spring at the end) I know I did some thing wrong way...
