Standing lat pulldowns 4x 10 36lb
Machine pulls 4x 110 lb
Barbell bent over rows 4x10 132lb
One arm rows 4x 8 78,1 lb
Biceps curls 3x 12 22 lb
And this is me now..who would be interested in how a pig looks like now :D (I do eat chicken and beef and peanuts most of the time, but once a day I have few donuts or piece of pie or icecream, because I am simply enjoying that I am not competing now....and I MAY)
