Thanks Claire, some days are better then others. but i will make it!! I got 10 more mins of cardio so that is now 120 mins a day!! whew! i split it up into 3 sessions starting this week to make it better for my sanity. I am going to have to work on tighten up my glute and hammy tie in but being a woman this is the area that always seems to come in last!!!
