The timing of your post is perfect. I just finished a show coached by Dave and am experimenting. Until this post, I was a little nervous trying my own thing as I'm afraid I'll screw up all my hard work.
Last week I took an entire cheat day in which I ate everything in site. By the end of the day I felt very guilty and was scared I went overboard. I was up 10 lbs in 24 hours!!!!! I pulled it back to Keto and dropped that weight quickly and then leaned out a couple more pounds in a few days. My strength and workouts are great too so I must be doing something right. It's amazing to see how the body reacts when you are pretty lean. This week I think I'll try a half day and not go completely off the reservation to see if what happens.
