Which kind of changes have you done in training?

what do you think about refeed days? seems a lot of people suggests to take a refeed day during the week. This both during pre contest and off season.
What approach do you follow? PRO-CARBS-FAT (approximately)? and how much cardio do you do?

I like Branch too. From the pics, IMO, seems to be the most conditioned in the top 3. He lacks a bit of details in the back.
After watching at the pics I have Branch 1st on yhe front poses, Kai on the rear.
