No, not out of place. More like a sharp pain in front of the left shoulder. All of this stretching and massages are really helping. I think it's from the chest being tight and pulling the shoulders...

Ouch. That's been one of my persistent problem areas. Left pec at shoulder insertion point. Took lots and lots of stretching to get it close to normal.
