I used to use GHB for sleep years ago,before it was illegal.Slept like a log on that stuff ! Tasted awful though !

I dont think there is a definitive answer.Some guys do great with tons of sets/volume...some do better with HIT type training ! Nowdays...i mix it up.Low reps,high reps,low volume,higher volume..

I can believe he is natural.Genetic Freaks are out there guys....

A day in the life could work.Especially with me being diabetic...little different than a normal BB.A lot of my training style comes from Dorian...HIT,but as im getting older,i need to ne more...
