tried some I bought in the "natural section" in a fancy kroger. it was organic expeller pressed. tastes like nothing... I was expecting coconut taste... but surprisingly it had next to no flavor......

I found some in a fancy kroger in the "natural" section. 7.99 for a tub that contained 22 tbsps. it says raw organic honey. it doesn't say 100% anywhere on it. its made in mexico. wholefood...

i tried one a day at 205 lbs and felt nothing... don't go below 2

whats the consistency like? I saw virgin, unrefined, unfiltered I think coconut oil and it was like paste. didn't seem like an oil to me.

I do believe in periodic Rest from supplements in general... you don't have to cycle creatine per se as was believed back in the late nineties where you'd load for 2 weeks... stay on for 8-10 weeks...
