I never stopped deadlifting, it's a staple
I'm glad the site is back. Feeling the strength
I did 1005 lb squat at 135 lbs...jk
And I deadlift 1,225 lbs....jk :)
I bench 750 lbs...jk
For me the goal is to bench twice my body weight and deadlift/squat 3 times my bodyweight, this forces me to stay very ripped
I learned the hard way, being ripped is like literally the best feeling ever, being big and bulky is fun but it's not the same. And you can still make gains while staying ripped

It's all about getting to 5 % body fat level. Gaining fat means gaining strength rapidly but, is it worth it?

Why buy when you can see pictures on google
overrated system, just chase for an intense pump at the end of your workout, you don't have to call it a fancy name like fst 7, smh
