I would have to agree, cardio isn't to up your leg size. Good sets of squats and leg presses and even deadlifts are going to give you the size you want overall.

I stick with mac nut oil from Dave and his omegalyze which has the Omega 3 and 6 in it and primrose oil. Been working great.
