I can agree in part, I always trip out when I see someone trying to get in shape and they post some crazy technical diet that is designed for a competitive bodybuilder weeks out from a competition.

Biceps, I crushed my left forearm last year and now have two plates and 24 screws holding it together, so I can't curl no more than around 10lbs max. Its a bummer...
