I'm following Heavy Irons PCT (it's going great I might add) but, I am running out of Aromasin and will not be getting any more in for a few weeks so, my question is: I have Adex on hand ( A LOT)...

Let me throw my $.02 in here from actual experience.....

Docs had me on 80mg/day when I was 15/16yrs old.... I was only about 150lbs then and the sides were DRY lips, scalp,fatigue, aching muscles...

I'd start with a low dose (40mg/day split into two doses). Some docs will throw people on 60mg/day and 80mg/day depending on the severity of their acne but I feel (from personal experience) starting...

I can afford either but I was looking more towards antibiotics etc... OTC stuff is limited in strength/results...plus I'm not sure how I'd get the creams etc on my back.

Ingredients:

8oz. skim milk
3 whole Omega 3 eggs
1 scoop iso whey
6Tbsp. Malted milk powder ( I use carnation)
3 large Ice cubes

Mix all ingredients in blender and blend.

500lbs @ 190lbs bodyweight(198lb Junior RAW division) at this years IPA DE states.
