Nice volume work in there, Joel..........sometimes on certain exercises I get "lost" in the sets and end up doing more than I even thought.

I have been doing them that way for years now and I feel like I get more out of them. Maybe the constant tension? I'd always end up bouncing back from the floor even when I was trying to be strict...
