I've always found that breaking them open into a nighttime shake makes them kick in a little quicker. Doesn't affect the flavor of the shake at all.
Agreed. It definitely makes the sleep you do get more effective and especially in your case when you aren't getting enough of it
I find that it kicks in faster when I open the two caps and mix them into a nighttime protein shake....doesn't taste bad either
