I read Bo Jackson's book when I was a kid. He said he hated lifting. He said he only lifted a few times in school and the only time he lifted in the NFL was when they shot the Bo knows commercial.

I get my venison from the west side of Michigan where there are lot of orchards. Blueberry and apple fed venison is great.
