Vic had a completely different look back at the 2003 NOC - a look reminiscent of Flex Wheeler back at the 1993 Arnold. He looks much different now, definitely bigger...but a real case can be made...

I agree - after Kai, it was tough to place the guys. Each one had a strength the other didn't have. Victor could have placed anywhere from 2nd to 4th.

It appears as if the general bodybuilding public is starting to sour on Victor. People just aren't buying into him being Mr. Talented anymore.
