Its funny you mention that. I have her use Humapro as well. They are both solid products. She has some GI issues so these sit well with her digestive system. Plus, as you mentioned, it keep cals...

My girl has been using this for awhile now. She is not a huge eater so this is how I fill in her protein gaps for the day and it works really well.

I would if it were me. It is a complete protein source and there is certainly calories there just like any other protein source.

As long as you are taking in the same amount each day it really wouldnt matter. I dont count BCAAs but I take the same amount each day.

Ive always counted any amino supp that was a complete protein so I was just curious your take on Gear. I think when I run out of my current aminos I am going to give Gear a shot.

I could see Gear being especially helpful and effective while in a large caloric deficit.
