I totally disagree. A dialed in HEATH is on a different level than most anyone from last years top 5.

Kerry has a very successful career and is quit happy. I don't know why they separated but they were together at a very young age and sometimes people just grow apart.

I truly don't believe CURRY is on the same level as HEATH.
HEATH is just genetically superior in almost every muscle group
and he brings a conditioning along with his size thats hard to duplicate.

I paid $15 to see Dorian's documentary. I think I bought it over renting it though.

If PHIL HEATH competes he will be Mr.O again. No one else on that stage can bring the size and conditioning that he does.

You know your body best so you have to do what works for you. A week off here and there does wonders for me, but any longer and I start losing progress.

I think its very beneficial to take a full week off from training every 12-16 weeks. People tend to forget rest is not your enemy. This is where we make our gains and recover and grow.

Sometimes a break does the body good. Just dont get lazy and take too long of a break.
