20 rep squats w any weight is brutal stuff awesome job! Hang from a pullup bar between sets to keep loose

I truly believe the high rep squats are better for hyperthrophy having tried just about all the protocols. I do like to go heavy occasionally just to shock them even further.

We got down to 19 w ice and a small amount of snow last week. But that is rare. It lasted a few days and left. Our winter will be gone in 4 weeks. None to soon!

I agree w Keith, the unilateral version prob stimulates more and you dont have to go so heavy I think full ROM ext are vital for detail not building mass in quads anyway
