I agree about BSN. They wanted a freaking buck for shots of NO Xplode (not even the new Xplode NT either) and for the Syntha 6 RTD's. Pretty lame but the eye candy was worth walking by that booth...

The guys at the quest booth were really cool too. One of the guys (Tom I believe), was like "Let me guess, you heard about us on RX muscle" haha.

Most people I talked to, even one of the judges had me winning the Novice division. I lost to a guy that was bigger, but I was in better condition.

Took this yesterday after my first day of carbing up!

I'm ordering one of each to see how they taste and to support RX muscle. They should add "RX muscle" into the "how did you hear about us category" when ordering by the way. That option isn't on there.

I'm addicted to the Sesame Ezekiel bread with Walden farms no calorie, sugar free rasberry jelly. Also some almond or peanut butter is great on the bread (I toast it as well).

I've been doing my research these past few weeks on color. It seems to me, that Jan Tana is the best option. I just hired a posing coach and to my luck, he does Jan Tana competition color spraying....
