Hopefully he's smart enough to lose 4lbs and make heavyweight at na's. He'll get beat as a super at that show imo. His legs need to come up if he plans on competing as a pro some day.

Hopefully Beyeke won't get another gift. I can see Evan winning and the judges giving Beyeke 2nd over Juan even though the guy seems incapable of showing up in shape.

One thing that I ALWAYS do is cardio the day after and several times that following week. It really helps with water retention and well being in general.

How do you split up 150iu a day with a period of 4-6 hours that novalin R stays active. It seems almost impossible unless you never sleep. Your daily carb intake has got to be 1,000 grams at least....

You can'y worry about it now though. Do the show and best to luck to you. Offseason will be the time to make any and all improvements.

I actually caught it totally by chance. The show seemed to really demonize steroids and I didn't care for it very much.
