In the past I have used walnut oil, but not for Daves diet. Dave introduced me to macademia nut oil and it just has such a unique taste that makes my food taste good. I could tolerate the oil a lot...

How is the capsule supplement? I never used it

I love this stuff. It has a wonderful taste and I love cooking with it. On top of that it helped me get through my no carb diet. :);)

I try to get at least 1 gallon in a day sometimes 2 gallons. Depends on how thirsty I am:o

I have heard of using it in pancakes, cookies, etc. I am always looking for a new way to enjoy my protein. Not saying I enjoy now but I like to ry new things from time to time:rolleyes:
