I got a pair of apt sleeves recommended for my bodyweight - big mistake. They were waaay too tight, completely took the bloodflow from my arms.
What I do nowadays is use my knee sleeves as elbow...

Some guys might pass out deadlifting though (which would be awesome :), but overall the life threatening risks are greater on the bench.
