Oh she crushed it. I really like the competitor on the left from the front though. (I don't know their names sorry). Lol I'm just an internet judge. They look fantastic.

Have fun! I just hired Heather Grace to work with me. She's an animal. I'm still training high intensity crossfit and olympic weightlifting so it will be interesting to see how she works with that...

I missed a 185 bench yesterday but that's ok. Closing in on 200lbs!
