Light heavy weights seemed to be pretty competitive...28 in the class! Just cause there was not the next Phil Heath doesn't mean there were not some top notch bodybuilders at the USAs!

Couple days to the USA's, getting excited...wish all competitors the best of luck. See you all on stage, gonna be competitive USA's that's for sure! Respect!

She has been working w/ Dave the last 4 weeks for the USA's. She has tighten up even more so these last 5 days or so. She is making that final push! Proud of her!

Touch up training is pretty much coming at your weaknesses often (at the end of my workouts I would do 4 sets to come at them) on top of my normal training split.

So, did I hear that this right, top in each class in bodybuilding at the USA's gets a pro card this year. I assumed just 1 per class!

Transition from eating 800-900 grams of carbs per day in the offseason, it slowly got reduced as I have been prepping. Currently sitting around 250 grams of carbs, this has been lowest this week....

I have trained calves everyday as well...I know calves are pretty much a genetic thing, but they have gotten slightly better...I am 5'6.
