    Kevin yes be careful with deads you have so much size I do not know if it is really worth the injury risk in my opinion. if you do do more reps than anything else.

    Great training. I had deep tissue years ago I was training with a coach and they made me do it.
    It hurt like he!!! I did not want to do it again, not sure benefits, it takes awhile to get used...

    I got back problems not ready for any sugery but...
