I hear ya, Mac...sometimes doing a project at home is like an intense 2-3 day workout! I think I've had more injuries doing stuff at home then at the gym...lol.

I'm confused Baldie. Why wouldn't you have both hands even when doing a front plate raise? Doesn't placing hands at 8 and 4 put unequal stress on shoulders? Maybe I'm picturing the wrong exercise....

That's funny...I've never heard a name for them but "goal post" sounds good. I use that exercise almost everyday as a warm-up. I just grab 5 pound plates and do a bunch of reps. It really gets the...

I am moving up to welterweight (165lbs) this year. I would never make lightweight (154lbs) at this point. I'm up to 185 and feeling great and staying lean at this weight.
