Oh yeah, after it heals and you regain motion/flexibility. I got back to full strength but it took a while because you cant train for 3 or 4 months.

I had this surgery a couple years ago. I believe that I couldn't move the elbow for 6 weeks and then after that you have to rehab it for a month or two.

Totally ruined my summer.

Now that shit was funny.
