Ken has been working hard and he should do great at nationals. Hopefully I can piece myself together and do Nationals with him.

Jr's is a great show to test the waters at a national level. Last year the show was stacked with good competitors only behind nationals and the usa.

Earskin is a great Michigan athlete, he always comes in great shape. His only problem is his legs dont compare to his upper body. He works hard so hopefully he can bring them up and be a good Lt....

The Highland Park Powerhouse is a great gym with nice equipment. The neighborhood on the other hand isnt the best but Ive never had a problem there.

I do mine very similar to this. Because Im shorter I pull myself all the way forward and grab the pad. You get a better contraction when doing it this way. You dont need to remove the pad though.
