Funny though 60 doesn't seem ad old as it did when I was a kid.

Did these yesterday after incline presses and db presses.Pecs were fried.Did about 8 reps then the reverse shruggy things.Felt a real good burn in my pecs.Thanks Mac.Never too old to learn a new move.

I have a dip machine.I am going to give these a try.

That's a good idea

Not completely unrelated but I started doing shrugs before shoulder presses and it loosened my shoulders up and they felt so good that I started doing a couple sets before chest also.
