look how dorian lifted, usually low or lower reps than others with heavy weight. used strict form with the heaviest weight he could...worked well for him obviously

I like it alternating between smith for shoulder press and hammerstrength shoulder press every few weeks...also like to do bent over rows on it from time to time

where im from at home (metro detroit area) there are really no good hardcore gyms anymore, places like planet fitness are taking over....now up in mid michigan where i go to school at cmu i have one...
