^I'm the same way with the busy schedule. Keeps me from getting into trouble during prep when I'm on a time crunch to get my training done AND shuffle 3 kids around. :)

Still training like a maniac...and growing like a weed. Add to that I've managed to stay ridiculously lean throughout this offseason with gobs of food and minimal cardio...and that makes for a coach...

7 days no rest...geez! And they tell me I'm nutso for 6 days on and 1 day off!
