Take some extra DHEA, which should increase T, and E as well.

A sure sign of low E is low libido. I am not familiar with DIM or Blue Up and how effective it is at blocking estrogen.

These are killer, although I may max at 15 reps. I do them without a lockout and keep constant tension on the muscle. I get more out of these than heavy and lower reps sets.
