Great workout routines... I especially liked routine which was offered by Dr. Ken Leistner. I will try to use it by myself and I will see how it goes. I want to develop my muscular strength.
Well really great training I think you can build up some serious mass. It looks hard workouts, but everything can be done with good motivation.

Man you are training really intensive and you should be ladiesman later. I think you will succeed with your program. Mabey you need some more supplements or any other muscular strength exercises.
