Well, hubby and I have been busy with his contests. He took 1st Masters 40+, 1st Overall Masters and 1st Heavyweight at NPC Atlanta 04/03, then 2nd Heavyweight at Europa 04/18.

My first choice is night time simply because mornings seem to be rushed. Although anytime is fine as long as the energy is there. I am more of a quality vs quantity person.

For me it is work 3 nights a week and take care of the kids, husband, house, training, tanning, shopping, eating, sleeping. That pretty much sums it up for now.
